Wow I don't think that made any sense...anyway:
Yeah there was a whole sequence that went with this but this was the best image so I picked it out. I had better plans for the BG...it didn't turn out the way I wanted it too but I figured if I procrastinated any longer I'd never get the thing done. Stuck a few gruesome stuff in for flavour...That stuff is probably considered mature content...oh well, you people can handle it. I liked doing this because it had a bunch of different colours rather than the usual Green, white and brown I usually have to work with, (though it was also a pain because of it) I'm not sure if the proportions are all exact...the line art kinda killed it from the start...
This was a picture I did a looooong time ago, redone. I tried colouring the original and lost interest half way through...so I redid it so Shiek has the Master Sword, (nice touch I thought) and Link was a little more, "shit, I'm gonna die", kinda thing.
The BG is supossed to be a battle field...but it just kinda looks like my birthday sponge cake...sorry about that. Oh that reminds me.
No altered interpretations if you please...or you can keep them to yourself as I'd like to preserve this pic's serious kinda mood. Mwaha, Blood...XD *crazy evil grin* That was hard by the way...*smear* 0.o Except poor bob down in the corner there...poor guy, I think he needs a hand...*applauds* He lost his...XD

this idea is something new. i like the idea very much.
yes, the proportions of the body arent really correct. for example Link´s arm looks like it has no bones and his legs are way too big and too long in relation to his upper body. besides when Shiek really hold the sword like this, Link would take her the sword in one second away XD i mean, thats not a stable pose to hold the arms crossed like that when you are about to kill someone. but its an old pic and we can only learn from mistakes.
at the other side i like your coloring. it has a nice touch.
